Hard to find publisher

A while ago we asked on our forum whether someone knew who this publisher is but we never had a reaction to that so it will be back in this blog entry.

This scrap is made by JCO - fine art publisher - Copenhagen.
But when we try to look up this publisher we get no results.
Does anybody have any insight in this publisher?
